Damages and Issues

All goods must be checked upon receipt. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt if you have any questions about the products you have received as we place the highest importance on supplying all orders correctly. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. You will receive the choice of receiving a replacement item or a refund, dependent on the damaged product. Please note, this timeline is a little more flexible around the holidays. 

I had an issue. When will my replacement artwork ship/when will I receive my refund?

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original form of payment within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved the return, please contact us at hello@emilymiquelon.com.
